The course took a complex and multilayered issue (practicing sustainability in a business
setting) and broke it down into an easy-to-understand and relatable cause for any business
in a short seven-module program. The course does a very good job of outlining that
sustainability needs to be both good for business and good for the planet; without both an
effective plan is not possible. The course did an excellent job of helping identify the current
sustainable actions our company was participating in and better ways to effectively
communicate these actions, along with identifying the initiatives and projects that can help
grow our business moving forward. Trent specifically was an amazing resource to have
throughout the early steps of our sustainable journey with his hands-on support and
availability. I would recommend this course for any business looking to start or enhance
their current state of sustainability!

“Trent provided a framework to break down the big sustainability elephant into digestible
pieces. It allowed us to see where and what activities we already do that would be
considered sustainable. It was inspiring to see how these initiatives align with our business
objectives and help us to continue to significantly improve the quality of life of others.”

“After multiple training sessions we began to ‘peel back the onion,’ and the group began to
look at the ESG subject in a completely new light. There were conversations regarding ESG
amongst the group that were never a part of their vocabulary before the training. I believe
that the training and ESG process has resulted in our employees realizing how they each
and as a whole can have an impact.”
